◆產品結構特征 Product structure characteristics 1、采用鋼板組合機構，體積小、重量輕、剛性好。 2、本設備液壓系統以電磁閥換向，結構簡單、使用 方便、便于維修。 3、本設備實現了角鋼兩翼的多準距沖孔和槽鋼三面 多孔距沖孔。 4、本設備剪切單元為單刃剪切，保證了良好的切口 質量。 5、本設備實現了多品種、多孔徑的沖孔，基本滿足 了肢邊寬度不大于 140 的角鋼及寬度小于 180 的槽鋼和 帶鋼的加工工藝要求。 6、本設備采用的加工工藝與角鋼、槽鋼舊加工工藝 相比較，縮短了輔助工作時間，提高了工作效率。
1.Adopt steel plate combination mechanism,small volume,light weight,good rigidity. 2.The hydraulic system of the equipment changes direction with solenoid valve,which is simple in structure,convenient in use and convenient for maintenance. 3.The equipment realizes the multi accurate distance punching of two wings of angle steel and the multi hole distance punching of three sides of channel steel. 4.The cutting unit of the equipment is single blade cutting,which ensures good cutting quality. 5.The equipment realizes the punching of various varieties and multi apertures,and basically meets the processing technology requirements of angle steel with limb width no more than 140 and channel steel and strip steel with width less than 180. 6.Compared with the old processing technology of angle steel and channel steel,the processing technology of this equipment shortens the auxiliary working time and improves the working efficiency.
